6. Service Providers Acting on Our Behalf
We use carefully selected service providers to perform functions for us, such as website hosting, CRM and automation functionality, cloud storage, payment processing, appointment scheduling, email delivery, SMS and telephone services, analytics, security, technical support, and professional services.
These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us, subject to their contractual obligations and applicable law. We do not permit service providers to use mobile opt-in information, SMS consent records, or client contact lists for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also provide information when required by a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, or comply with law.
7. SMS, Mobile Information, and Consent
If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we may send text messages related to your inquiry, lead leakage audit, consultation, appointment, account, service updates, support, transactions, or marketing, based on the specific consent you provide.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be provided to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Aggregators and providers of the Text Message services may process this information solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program.

We may send transactional, service-related, administrative, appointment, billing, support, and security emails. We may send marketing emails where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service-related communications.
Telephone calls may be monitored, recorded, or transcribed for quality, training, support, security, and documentation purposes where permitted by law and after any required notice. Some interactions may use automated or AI-assisted tools. You may request a human representative when reasonably available.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, protect security, and improve our services.
Analytics and advertising technology providers may process limited browser, device, and usage information on our behalf. They are not permitted to receive or use mobile opt-in data or SMS consent records for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may manage cookies through any cookie controls presented on the website and through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. Where legally required, we honor applicable consent choices and recognized opt-out preference signals.
10. Payments and Billing
Payments may be processed by a payment processor. We generally do not store complete payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment processors may process card details, billing information, transaction data, and fraud-prevention information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We retain invoices, payment status, subscription records, usage charges, refund records, and related accounting information as required for business, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Artificial Intelligence and Automation
Some services may use artificial intelligence, automated workflows, transcription, summarization, lead routing, content generation, or other automated tools. Information submitted to these features may be processed to provide the requested function, operate workflows, troubleshoot, improve account functionality, and maintain security.
We do not intentionally use confidential client data to train our own general-purpose artificial intelligence model. Third-party AI-enabled features are subject to the provider’s applicable terms and data-processing commitments. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving automated outputs and communications before relying on or distributing them.
12. Sensitive and Regulated Information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, bank account credentials, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical records, protected health information, biometric identifiers, children’s information, or other highly sensitive information through public website forms or ordinary communications unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive and process that information.
Our standard services are not represented as compliant with HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, or another industry-specific regulatory framework unless we expressly agree in writing and any required agreements, controls, and configurations are in place.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud, and preserve appropriate business records.
Client data may remain available while the account is active. After cancellation or termination, access may be suspended or removed. Some information may remain in backups, logs, archives, billing records, compliance records, or provider systems for a reasonable period. Clients are responsible for exporting data they wish to keep before account closure.

Safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit where supported, logging, backups, vendor review, and security monitoring.

To submit a privacy request, email support@autonomics.agency. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Certain information may be retained or a request may be limited when necessary for legal compliance, security, billing, fraud prevention, contract performance, or the rights of others.
